We dispatch all orders from Paris, France and deliver across the European Union.

Carrier & tracking

Standard orders ship with GLS home delivery. You receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is labelled, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared with 1–2 business days of handling time, then transit depends on the destination country. Typical GLS transit within the EU is a few business days; the exact estimate for your country is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated from our own weight and destination rate table and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Larger baskets across multiple parcels are calculated automatically.

Heavy & pallet orders (freight)

Orders above a weight threshold are automatically offered a freight option instead of parcel delivery. Freight is shown at €0 at checkout and quoted separately after the order, because pallet pricing depends on the destination and access.
