Returns & withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer buying within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw or return
There is no self-service returns portal — we handle returns personally:
- Email info@fumero.fr within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number (
FUM-…/ the order number in your confirmation) and stating that you wish to withdraw. - We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after telling us. The goods should be unused and in their original, resalable condition and packaging.
Refunds
We refund the amount paid for the returned goods, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you sent them). Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that have been used, made or customised to your specification, or that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Business (B2B) orders are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email info@fumero.fr with your order number and a photo — we'll put it right.
