Terms of sale (CGV)

These general terms of sale are provided in good faith and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before go-live. The French version prevails.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all orders placed on fumero.fr with FUMERO SAS, 25-27 Rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France (SIRET 99320209200017, VAT FR58993202092).

1. Products

We sell plastic bottles and shipping/parcel boxes. Product images and descriptions are indicative; minor variations in dimensions, colour or finish may occur.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted ex-VAT in euros. VAT is added at checkout according to the applicable rules (destination-country VAT for consumers; reverse charge for valid-VIES businesses outside France; French VAT for French customers). Prices in other currencies are indicative only; the charge is always in EUR.

Quantity-break discounts and any saved per-customer prices are shown at checkout. A minimum order spend of €50 (ex-VAT) applies to the cart.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock, suspected fraud) and will refund any sum paid.

4. Payment

Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Eligible business customers may pay larger orders by bank transfer / invoice; such orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

5. Delivery

We ship from Paris across the EU via GLS, with a freight option for heavy orders. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in Returns & withdrawal. The right does not apply to B2B orders or to goods made or customised to your specification.

7. Warranties & liability

Products benefit from the statutory legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects under French law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory provisions of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
