Ordering

Is there a minimum order? Yes — a minimum order spend of €50 (ex-VAT) applies to the whole cart, rather than a minimum quantity per product.

Are bottles sold with caps? Yes. Bottles are sold in bulk with the cap bundled.

Do prices drop for larger quantities? Yes. Every product has quantity-break pricing — the unit price falls as quantity rises, shown live on the product page. Business customers may also have saved per-customer prices.

Pricing, VAT & currency

Are prices shown with or without VAT? All prices are shown ex-VAT. VAT is added at checkout: destination-country VAT for consumers (French VAT for France).

I'm a business in another EU country — do I pay VAT? If you register with a valid EU VAT number and you're outside France, orders are reverse-charged at 0% (you account for VAT in your country). French businesses are charged French VAT.

What currency am I charged in? Always euros (EUR). If your country uses another currency (e.g. PLN, CZK), we show a reference price beside the euro price using a daily exchange rate — the charge is still in EUR.

Payment

How can I pay? Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Business customers can also pay large orders by bank transfer / invoice — the order is confirmed and dispatched once payment is arranged.

Delivery & returns

Where do you ship from and how long does it take? We ship from Paris via GLS across the EU. See Shipping & delivery for delivery estimates by country and the freight option for heavy orders.

Can I return an order? Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns & withdrawal.
